Badge:

​

The badge will be the official ticket and must be worn at all times to access conference rooms. To ensure excellent service and security, it is recommended that attendees wear their name badges at all times during the conference.

Registration and Information Desks

​

The staff at the counters, which will serve between 08:30 - 18:00 on 16-17 April 2026, will answer and help the delegates and visitors' questions about the symposium.

Health Service:

A full-fledged ambulance and medical team will be present during the symposium.

​

Photo, Audio, Video and Cell Phone Policy

It is strictly forbidden to record audio, photograph and video with any device (e.g. cameras, laptops, PDAs, mobile phones, watches) in all oral and poster sessions unless prior permission is obtained from the symposium organizer. Cell phones must be in silent mode when participating in sessions.
